Can I modify or cancel my order?

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

What is the shelf life of the products?

The shelf life of each product may vary, so please refer to the packaging information upon receiving the product. We recommend consuming food within approximately one month.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Currently, we only accept pre-orders as our food is freshly made. After placing an order, it typically takes 2-3 working days to prepare the food, and you can expect to receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days.

多久可以收到訂單？

思香暫時只接成預訂，食品新鮮製造。落單後，通常需要2-3個工作天製作食品，5-7個工作天左右可以收到訂單。
