Our story

「思香」是由兩位移英媽媽創立，在英國這個新環境，過時過節嘅感覺好像很遙遠，而我們覺得食物的味道是最能喚起記憶，是盛傳傳統文化嘅關鍵，於是我們創立了「思香」。目的是希望我們的下一代從小能認識香港食物，亦希望幫一眾移英港人一解「思香」之愁。

Welcome to our site! We're two Hong Kong mothers who moved to the UK, facing the challenge of maintaining our cultural traditions . Festival felt distant in our new enviornment. We believe taste and smell evoke powerful memories and are key to passing on our heritage, even thousands of miles away from home.

 

Our mission is to introduce Hong Kong's rich traditions to younger generation in the UK, ensuring that children growing up in a different cultural landscape,  understanding the significance of family reunion Dinners during the Lunar New Year or enjoying Rice dumplings during the Dragon Boat Festival, are ways to celebrate the core history of family values. Join us as we preserve and share the essence of Hong Kong's culture with the next generation.
