Small portion : 2 pieces of pig trotter, 1 piece of egg, 4 pieces of ginger
Large portion︓5 pieces of pig trotter, 3 pieces of egg, 9 pieces of ginger
The sweetened vinegar is absolutely rich & delicious. Eggs & trotter a bit hard but understandable. Wish there is a vegetarian version. I like 薑 vinegar a lot.

All the ingredients are great, only ginger is different from hk. Great taste and love it.

The taste is really good. However, I prefer the meat even softer! One thing that I would like to point out is the plastic box that come with the Pig Trotters was broken and therefore there was very little vinegar left. Suggest to improve the packaging.
